What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy is in place to respect each of our stylists' time. We ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment within a 48 hour window to avoid cancellation fees. You will be charged 50% of your service fee if you aren't within your window and you may be asked for a deposit should you schedule another service. Your deposit will go towards your next service, but will be lost should you cancel again.

How can I tip?

To show appreciation for your stylist's service, we welcome both cash and Venmo tips.

How will I know which service to book?

Booking can be confusing for existing and first time clients alike. There are a few paths forward for clients seeking a bit more guidance.

You are always welcome to book a complimentary consultation with your stylist before booking a service. These 15-minute appointments help stylist better understand your hair goals and ensure we are prepared to give you the best possible service.

We also put together a brief explanation of our color and extension service to help give clients a better idea of what they would like to book. Please click the "Services Explained" button below to see details.
